Creatives

All ads in Adspyglass are called creatives. It can be a banner code, a popunder direct link, a VAST link, etc.

Supported ad types:

  • Banner (code)

  • Popunder (direct link)

  • Interstitial (direct link)

  • In-page push (code)

  • In-video (VAST link)

  • Slider (Vast link)

  • Instant messenger (js code)

  • Outstream video (VAST link)

Campaigns

Campaign is a set of rules for your creatives, like GEO targeting, visibility filters, spots where creatives will be shown, etc. You will find all these settings within each campaign settings. To manage your campaigns, go to 'My Campaign' section:

Creating campaigns

When you add a spot, Adspyglass automatically creates a campaign for it. So when you come to the 'My Campaigns' section, you will see some campaigns already on the list.

Fallback campaign - default campaign used for unsold popunder traffic. If none of the ad networks buy your traffic and return it, this traffic will be sent to the fallback campaign. Usually, it's low-quality traffic, but it makes sense not to lose it anyway.

To add custom campaign click on [ + Add campaign ] button:

Campaign name - give a name for your campaign. We recommend calling campaigns smart - short and clear, e.g., a popunder campaign for mobile devices might have the name 'pu_mob'. It will help you find it in the report quickly.

Stream - Select a stream for your campaign (Adult/Mainstream). The stream will match spots on your websites and suitable creatives. For example, creatives from adult campaigns will be shown only in adult spots.

Ad type - The ad type for the campaign will determine what creative types can be added to the campaign.

Spots - List spots this campaign's creatives will be shown on.

Importing creatives

Okay, your first campaign was created. Let's import your first creative into it:

As we created a Popunder campaign, we can import only Popunder creatives into it.

Choose the ad network you want to import creative from. In the example below, we want to import creative from TrafficShop ad network:

If you haven't linked an ad network account yet, it will ask you for an Ad network API key:

Once you have filled the API key, you will be able to import creatives from the linked Ad network:

Click on the green button, and you will see the full list of your websites and ad zones from selected ad network, find the creative you want to import and click on it:

That's it! Scroll down the page and save your first creative.

Note: Some ad networks don't support auto-importing. In this case, you will see the message:

It's not a problem; it just means that you must log in to the ad network panel, manually take Zone_id and a Link URL for your creative, and paste it. If you have a problem, you can contact our support, and we will help you.

Once you import all your creatives, go to the dashboard and check if you see income for your creatives in full.
