AdOps specialist (remote)

We're looking for an AdOps Specialist to join our fast-growing AdTech SaaS team (20 people and growing).

What we do:

• We build ad-server platforms and automation tools for monetizing online advertising.
• We already work with major international clients and are scaling fast.

What you'll do:

• Help onboard new publishers and webmasters — assist with ad tag integration and technical setup across devices and ad formats (popunder, pre-roll, sliders, banners, native, etc.)
• Monitor ad performance and optimize placements to improve fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue
• Provide technical support — troubleshoot issues with ad rendering, latency, ad blockers, tracking, or broken creatives
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure traffic quality and brand safety
• Analyze traffic by GEO, device, niche, and behavior to suggest monetization strategies
• Manage ad network connections and internal tools — control inventory, prioritize demand sources, and set up fallback logic
• Test new ad formats, placements, and features with the product/dev teams
• Keep onboarding documentation and technical specs up-to-date
• Stay on top of AdTech trends and benchmarks — especially in the adult traffic space

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in AdOps, technical support, affiliate management, or webmaster roles — ideally in digital advertising or monetization
• Understanding of ad tags, tracking pixels, and how different ad formats work (popunder, native, video pre-rolls, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills — layout conflicts, browser errors, scripts not loading, etc.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics like eCPM, CTR, fill rate, etc.
• Confident communicator — you'll work directly with publishers and partners
• Able to handle multiple requests and technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• English level C1+ (required)
• Russian level C1+ (required)
