Business Development Manager (remote)

Traforama is a part of AdSpyglass Group. Traforama is ad platform for advertisers, media buying agencies, and ad networks. We help partners buy quality traffic via RTB and direct integrations with publisher platforms.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will take full ownership of strategic growth: develop new markets, unlock large client opportunities, and drive long-term revenue. This is a key role - you’ll work directly with decision-makers and own the full cycle from strategy to deal.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and close deals with advertisers, agencies, and ad networks.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new geos and verticals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: outreach, pitch, deal structure, closing, onboarding.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Grow existing accounts and discover new monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to align on client needs and feature priorities.
  • Represent Traforama at events and in strategic industry conversations.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech / Performance Marketing on the advertiser side.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, and lead generation.
  • Experience working with RTB, tracking systems, postback set up, targeting settings.
  • Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to generate deals and revenue independently.
  • You are hands-on: no pre-sales or support teams - you're the deal-closer.
  • Fluent English.
