• Websites concerning unlawful practices or shock human dignity: Content with obscene character involving minors; Contents making the statement of regret of willful violations to life and sexual hostilities; Contents making the conciliatory sentiment of war wrongdoings, violations against mankind; Contents inciting segregation, abhor or savagery towards an individual or towards a group of people at the pace of their inception or of the gathering they have a place with (an ethnic group, a country, a race or a religion). Any such content will be naturally recorded and demonstrated to legitimate specialists. 
• Websites that take an interest in or transmit improper newsgroup postings or unsolicited email (spam) just as unsolicited messaging by identical electronic methods (for example SMS, chats, or social media). 
• Websites advancing any kind of unlawful substance or movement (i.e., how to make a bomb, hacking, ‘phreaking’, and so forth.) 
• Websites with unlawful, illegal or misleading speculation advice.
